Creating flawless video content can be daunting, especially when the smallest things can disrupt your flow.

To help address this, Adobe Premiere Pro is launching an AI-powered filler word detection program that effortlessly zaps those pesky "uhms" and "hmms" from your audio, ensuring smooth content. It can also identify and trim awkward pauses, leaving you with a polished final product.

It doesn't stop there - Adobe Premiere Pro is also tackling background noise with its Enhance Speech AI tool, transforming your audio into professional studio quality, with unwanted background noise magically disappearing.

These features coincide with the official release of Adobe's Firefly for Enterprise generative AI, now available across Photoshop, Adobe Express, and Illustrator.

Overall: Whether you're a video creator striving for flawless audio or a design enthusiast ready to unleash your creativity, Adobe's got the tools you need.

And the best part? They're all at your fingertips with Creative Cloud paid plans or as a web application.

Adobe hasn’t missed a beat with these AI updates so far!

🗣️ Stability AI releases AI audio platform

Stability AI, renowned for its AI-generated visuals, is breaking ground with Stable Audio, a cutting-edge text-to-audio generative AI platform.

Unlike traditional audio diffusion models, which produce fixed-length audio, Stable Audio empowers users to craft sounds of varying lengths, making it perfect for music production and project backgrounds.

How did they pull this off?

  • Stability AI trained the AI model on music and added text metadata to define a song's start and end time, providing users unprecedented control.

  • Their commitment to refining model architectures, datasets, and training techniques ensures exceptional output quality, control, speed, and audio duration.

With a robust dataset encompassing over 800,000 audio files, including music, sound effects, and single-instrument stems, Stability AI collaborated with AudioSparx, a music licensing company, to integrate copyrighted material legally.

Users can explore Stable Audio through three pricing tiers:

  • A free version for up to 45 seconds of audio across 20 tracks monthly.

  • A $11.99 Professional level offering 500 tracks up to 90 seconds each.

  • Customizable Enterprise subscriptions.

Overall: While text-to-audio generation isn't entirely new, Stable Audio distinguishes itself with its versatility and user-friendliness. Its potential spans podcast and video creators, providing quick, hassle-free background music solutions.

🤖 Intuitive AI > Generative AI?

As more tech launches are filled with generative AI promises, Apple's unveiling of the iPhone 15 doubled down on intuitive AI that seamlessly integrates into daily life.

  • The iPhone 15 boasts the A17 Pro processor, a powerhouse that enhances machine-learning algorithms.

  • The new voice-isolation feature employs machine learning to focus on your voice during calls, drowning out background noise.

  • Apple's camera and image-enhancing software also get an AI boost, automatically detecting subjects in photos and creating portrait-worthy depth effects.

  • The iOS 17 operating system also brings automated voicemail transcription and smarter text predictions to the iPhone.

But it's not just about convenience. Apple's commitment to accessibility shines through with features like Point and Speak for the visually impaired and synthetic voice creation for those with speech-related challenges.

Overall: Generative AI is undoubtedly on the horizon for Apple, with the A17 Pro chip laying the foundation. Still, the company's silence on the matter suggests that they'll embrace it on their own terms, avoiding buzzwords and technical jargon until they can present it in their distinctive “Apple” way.
